The HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. The person should promote the values of the institute, enable success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training and managing talent by nurturing .a positive working environment.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have proven work experience as an HR Manager of a reasonable sized organization (around 200 – 300 employees) • Graduate or Post Graduate in Personal Management with an in depth knowledge of Labour Laws and HR best practices .
