Position: CAC Teacher (Child Activity Center)

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Salary Range: ?10,000 to ?15,000 per month (Negotiable)

Role Overview: As a CAC Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the holistic development of children in Haryana and Delhi. You'll create a stimulating and supportive environment at the Child Activity Centers (CACs), where children can engage in enriching activities and unleash their full potential. Through innovative teaching methods and creative programming, you'll inspire a love for learning and empower children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate engaging and age-appropriate activities for children at the Child Activity Centers.

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes holistic development.

• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through interactive learning experiences.

• Provide individualized attention and support to children with diverse needs and abilities.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and community members to enhance children's learning and well-being.

• Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent.

• Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings preferred.

• Passion for child development and a commitment to promoting children's rights.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
