Job Title: Facilitator - Tarbiyat

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full Time

Reports to: Project Manager

Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: 30,000 Rs CTC

Job Summary:

Deliver training to women in the community using ROSHNI CLUB modules.

Monitor and document trainee progress, adhering to the ROSHNI CLUB framework.

Identify and provide training for potential Community Guides (REHRARs) from established ROSHNI CLUBs.

Facilitate REHBARs in forming Neighborhood Help Groups (NHGs), promoting discussions on neighborhood challenges, information sharing, and the adoption of best practices to address issues.

Ensure that trained REHBARs actively engage with the community across four key domains: Social entitlements, education, health, and civic issues.

Establish connections and cooperation with community assets, as well as government and non-government stakeholders, aligning them with program objectives and assisting in the formation of Community Resource Centers (CRC).

Experience: 1 to 3 Years as Trainer.

Qualification:

· Any Degree/ MSW / NGO or a similar organization.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Understanding of the NGO sector, its challenges, and best practices.

Additional Requirements:

· Willingness to travel to project sites and Other locations as per the Organization’s needs

· Commitment to the organization's mission and values.

· Fluency in Hindi, and English.
