Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally Prime and MS Suite applications, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. The role involves managing various aspects of financial transactions, including invoice and stock entry, bank account reconciliation, and employee payment processing. The Accountant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, preparing financial vouchers, and ensuring compliance with taxation regulations.

Compensation: Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 (Commensurate with relevant experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Tally Prime and MS Suite applications for accounting tasks

2. Enter invoices and stock details into the system

3. Verify invoices and stock entries for accuracy

4. Reconcile bank accounts, GST, TDS, and other financial transactions

5. Maintain cash book and monitor cash flow

6. Perform net banking transactions and process NEFT/RTGS payments

7. Complete KYC requirements and upload payments for employees' PF and ESIC

8. Prepare and maintain employee salary sheets

9. Reconcile accounts for organization branches and vendors

10. Prepare vouchers for receipts, payments, journals, sales, and purchases

11. Maintain the fixed assets stock register for the organization

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2. Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Suite applications

3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Familiarity with taxation regulations and compliance requirements

8. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
