The head office of ASRA is in Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh.

About the Role:

The Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK) is a national program in India dedicated to the health and well-being of adolescents. RKSK aims to address the unique health needs of adolescents aged 10-19 years through a comprehensive approach that integrates health education, counselling, and service delivery. The program focuses on promoting healthy behaviours, preventing common health problems, and providing adolescent-friendly health services. RKSK emphasizes youth participation, gender equity, and community engagement to ensure the holistic development and empowerment of adolescents across the country.


The Master Trainer plays a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs within Dewas. This position requires an experienced and knowledgeable professional who can lead the development of training curricula, facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences, and mentor other trainers to ensure the effective delivery of training initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Curriculum Development: Design comprehensive training curricula, modules, and materials based on identified learning objectives, target audience needs, and organizational priorities.


Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on a range of topics related to Adolescent Health, utilizing innovative instructional techniques and adult learning principles.


Content Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the subject matter, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging research to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training content.


Participant Engagement: Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among participants.


Skill Development: Provide practical guidance and hands-on instruction to help participants develop new skills, enhance existing competencies, and apply learning outcomes to their professional roles.


Evaluation and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance assessments. Use data and feedback to continuously improve training programs and instructional methods.


Train-the-Trainer: Mentor and coach other trainers to build their facilitation skills, instructional techniques, and subject matter expertise. Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance their professional development.


Technology Integration: Explore and incorporate technology-enabled learning solutions, such as e-learning platforms, multimedia resources, and virtual training tools, to enhance training accessibility and effectiveness.


Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external partners to align training initiatives with organizational goals, priorities, and industry standards.


Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluations, and feedback to track progress, measure impact, and demonstrate program outcomes.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Any Graduation

• Experience working in a public health or NGO setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively.

• Knowledge of adolescent health policies and programs in India is desirable.
