Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


• Assisting the Director in terms of correspondence with partners, donors, and external facilitators, organizing office meetings, liaison with other organizations and networks,

• Writing proposals and all kinds of reports for all departments of the organization,

• Searching for new partners/collaborators,

• Process documentation about the various interventions of the organization,

• External communication for the organization,

• Maintaining confidentiality regarding official matters,

• Helping to coordinate the program for women’s empowerment

• Documentation and report writing that includes providing data, writing minutes of various meetings and workshops, etc.,

• Any other assignment given to you from time to time by the management,

We have our centers at 1st floor, Community center,Pant Nagar, Jangpura, New Delhi-110014 and R1, RamkumarGautam Marg, East Vinod Nagar, East Delhi-110091.Till date organization has impacted the lives of more than 65,057+ women from the marginalized community by empowering them and enhancing their skills in the job-oriented courses with support from corporate and government. We are also building skills of Self Defense among girl students studying in government schools of Delhi.
