- Collating detail content from the concerned program officers w.r.t the survey/study
- Prepare draft RFP and coordinate with TL M&E and survey team to finalize the RFP
- Floating RFP and sharing the RFP with potential vendors/partners for inviting proposals (technical and financial)
- Prepare comparative statement/report based on the received proposals w.r.t. both technical and financial strengths
- Organise meeting with survey/study owner and survey team and share /present the comparative report
- Invite short listed vendors for negotiation and modification in proposals
- Preparation of draft contracts for the survey/study
- Follow up and complete the contracting process within fixed time line
