Job Description

 - Collating detail content from the concerned program officers w.r.t the survey/study

- Prepare draft RFP and coordinate with TL M&E and survey team to finalize the RFP

- Floating RFP and sharing the RFP with potential vendors/partners for inviting proposals (technical and financial)

- Prepare comparative statement/report based on the received proposals w.r.t. both technical and financial strengths

- Organise meeting with survey/study owner and survey team and share /present the comparative report

- Invite short listed vendors for negotiation and modification in proposals

- Preparation of draft contracts for the survey/study

- Follow up and complete the contracting process within fixed time line

- Help HR section in conducting interviews for the survey new staff and support in contracting process for the new joining

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any graduate/postgraduate from recognized and reputed university /institution. Preference may be given to the MBA qualification holder or any finance professional degree. - At least 3 years of experience in admin and finance management in any reputed organization. - At least 2 years of experience in vendor management and operations management in large scale surveys or field management of large scale.

- Possessing good negotiations and communication skills.

- Conversant with the local languages (Hindi)
