- Support the district teams in the implementation of community related interventions
- Support the district teams in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation
interventions.
- Master degree in Demography / Statistics. - Four to Five years of experience in managing MNCH/Community outreach programs.

- Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, STATA, SPSS).
- Demonstrated cross-cultural, teamwork and very strong data analysis skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work in a challenging environment.
- Other than technical skills, person should be a team player and highly competent in coordination skill.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Knowledge of local language.
- Previous exposure of working along with government will be given preference.
- Experience in the area of Maternal Newborn and Child Health would be strong asset
