Job Description

Centre for Women's Development and Research is a field level NGO working with women and girls. AS part of increasing the income of rural women we are planning to initiate a women's farmers producers company to promot organic kitchen garden activities, bee keeping, fruit processing, handmade soap making. We are looking for a Business Development manager preferably women with 1-2 years experience in farmers producers company or rural women's income generation activities. We are looking for someone who wish to learn and grow with us. The selected candidate has to stay in our rural campus in Panaiyur kuppam, east coast road, edaikazhinadu pancyath. 100 away from Chennai city towards pondicherry. The main responsibilities would encompass various aspects of running the company efficiently, ensuring the welfare of the members, and driving sustainable agricultural practices. The initial salary is Rs.20,000 per month plus free accommodation in our campus. 5% of the sales incentive for marketing the products like organic vengetables, fruits, coconut oil, handmade soap, honey.
