. Management of Funds of project.
• Ensure efficient functioning of grants to meet program and disbursal targets
• Maintain books of accounts at head and field office in Tally Accounting package
• Maintain financial records for projects.
• Well versed in preparing budget, statement of expenditure and utilization certificate.
• Management of bank accounts and maintenance of bank records;
• Preparing Bank & Cash reconciliation statement
• Track and settle the receivables & payables in time
• Manage the preparation of Balance sheet, Income and expenditure, and Receipt & Payment Account.
• Ensure timely submission of financial report.
• Should have the knowledge of TDS, Income tax, Service Tax and statutory compliances applicable for development organizations.
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA with 4-5 years experience of development/NGO sector.
Graduation - B.Com
• Well versed with Accounting Principles;
• Sound numerical and analytical skills;
• Computer literate and advance knowledge and hands on experience of tally and excel;
• Process, quality and timeline orientation;
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Good interpersonal skills;
