Key Responsibilities:

Outreach Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive outreach plans to increase awareness of health and the importance of mammograms among target demographics.

Identify key stakeholders, community organizations, and influencers to partner with for outreach activities.

Utilize various communication channels such as social media, community events, educational workshops, and presentations to reach the target audience.

Community Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, healthcare providers, local organizations, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for our mobile clinics.

Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach programs to promote health education and screening services.

Customize outreach efforts to address the specific needs and cultural preferences of diverse communities.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams to schedule mobile clinic visits to different locations within the target communities.

Manage logistics for each clinic visit, including securing appropriate permits, arranging parking, and coordinating with site hosts.

Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are available and properly maintained for each clinic visit.

Education and Counseling:

Provide education and counseling to individuals about the importance of early detection through regular mammograms.

Address questions, concerns, and misconceptions about breast health and mammography screening.

Assist individuals in navigating the screening process and connecting them with resources for follow-up care if needed.

Arranging visits of mobile health clinics.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, including the number of individuals reached, screenings conducted, and follow-up actions taken.

Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in public health, community outreach, health education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience in community outreach, health promotion, or healthcare coordination, particularly in underserved communities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations and build relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge of breast health, mammography screening guidelines, and cancer disparities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.

Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) is a plus.

Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

• About Organization:Health Within Reach foundation is recalibrating conventional mobile health van model into Tech enabled Mobile Healthcare Polyclinics with MBBS doctor and/or Dentist onboard with Telemedicine infrastructure. These Polyclinics would serve as virtual hospitals where onsite medical team will be able to technologically collaborate with super specialists in cities. Onsite medical team (MBBS doctor & Dentist) would take care of routine OPDs; diagnostic services like ECG, basic blood investigations and procedures like root canal in the van.
