Job Description

. Management and supervision of all the activities of project, ensuring quality and adherence to the plan.

• Participatory planning, strategy development and monitoring 

• Liaison and networking with different government & non-government organizations

• Extending technical support to project staff in planning and executing project activities

• Documentation and Reporting (MIS Report)

• Provide mentoring to field team, if required

• Administrative and Financial management 

• Undertake any other activity that may be necessary for effective implementation of the program.

• Reports to the Project Point Person at MAMTA-HIMC Head Office.

• Any additional task assigned by Head office.

Eligibility Criteria

• Masters in Social Work (MSW) or in Social Sciences or related field. • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience after obtaining post graduate degree preferably in social/health sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MSW

. Good understanding of the department of Health / Women and Child / Panchayati Raj/ Human Resources Development/ Rural Development and others related departments.

• Experience of working with the district level system will be useful

• Work experience in some of the RMNCH+A issues.

• Strategic planning and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of project implementation.

• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Hindi.

• Proficiency in use of MS office and information technology.
