Job Description

. To look into the all the accounting work of organization and maintain the accounts as per Hope Foundation financial policy.
· To maintain a register of fixed assets and ensure that periodic inventory of the fixed assets (property) of the organization is conducted.
· To maintain Tally on day-to-day basis.
· To carry out the Banking Procedures when required. 
· To carry out the Audit of the organization with the help of CA.
· Supervise process and execution of all payments. Ensure adequacy of documentation for all payments.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation/Master Degree in Commerce. - Knowledge of IT Laws, FC Rules and etc. - At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting work. - Experience in NGO or any financial institution will be preferable, - He/she must friendly with Tally latest version & MS office (i.e. Excel, word)
