Job Description


Responsibilities


• Perform general Official tasks, such as - directing phone calls;

handling email, files, preparing meeting minutes, mailings etc.

• Drafting of letters and correspondence and organizing them in files

• Maintain filing system, collect database, Data entry etc.

• Provide data / information required for preparation of reports

• Provide ad hoc support to field staff members

• Support to our managers activities as required


Requirement and skills

• Preferred qualification is BSC, BCOM or Graduate; Freshers are welcome

• Basic proficiency in English spoken and written

• Excelent knowledge in Microsoft office (Like :- Execl, World, Presentation etc.)

• Strong multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
