Job Description

Organization: Mahan Seva Sansthan

(MSS) is a non-profit, non-governmental voluntary organisation that has been working in the tribal districts of Southern Rajasthan for over 34 Years.

Location: Panerwa, Jhadol Block, Udaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ?35000/- - ?40000/-

Roles and responsibilities

• Plan and implement youth-focused skill development and livelihood programs.

• Engage stakeholders for support and participation.

• Identify and address the specific needs of youth for employment and entrepreneurship.

• Secure funding and manage budgets effectively.

• Provide technical support and capacity building for youth and program staff.

• Monitor and evaluate program progress and impact.

• Establish partnerships for sustainable youth opportunities.

• Advocate for youth-friendly policies and initiatives.

• Empower youth and communities through participation in program decisions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of program outcomes.


Qualification

Grad/Post-Grad in Social Work/Social Sciences/Management or relevant field.

Minimum 2 years' experience in program implementation, management, and training.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Organized, team player, self-starter, results-oriented.

Gender-sensitive with strong commitment to empowering excluded and disadvantaged children.
