 Job Description:

The Cluster Facilitator plays a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating the implementation of our organization's programs and projects within designated clusters or geographic areas. This position requires a proactive and resourceful individual with strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for community development. The Cluster Facilitator will be responsible for the following tasks:


Cluster Coordination:


Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all program activities within assigned clusters.

Work closely with program managers, field staff, and partner organizations to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to promote coordination and information-sharing.

Program Implementation:


Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects and activities within the cluster.

Provide guidance and support to field staff and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to address issues as they arise.

Community Engagement:


Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders within the cluster.

Conduct community assessments and needs analyses to inform program design and implementation.

Organize community meetings, workshops, and events to promote participation and ownership.

Capacity Building:


Identify training and capacity-building needs within the cluster and develop tailored initiatives to address them.

Provide training and support to community members, local organizations, and project partners as needed.

Foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration among stakeholders to enhance local skills and resources.

Monitoring and Evaluation:


Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program performance and outcomes.

Collect and analyze data on program activities, outputs, and impact indicators.

Prepare regular progress reports and contribute to program evaluations and assessments.

Advocacy and Networking:


Represent the organization in relevant forums, networks, and alliances at the cluster level.

Advocate for the rights and interests of community members and marginalized groups within the cluster.

Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with other organizations and agencies.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Community Development, Social Work, International Relations, etc.); Master's degree preferred.

Previous experience in community development, project management, or related fields.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Flexibility to travel within the cluster and work irregular hours as needed.
