Job Description

• Dealing with government authorities and private vendors

• Effective implementation of Advanced training center for women 

• Guiding the social workers for mobilizing the groups for the skill development training

• Working closely with outreach and social workers to identify problems issues raised by community people

• Formation of Micro enterprises groups and providing hand-holding support & assistance for running the enterprise

• Maintaining relevant data related to the project

• Operationalizing 3 – 5 training centres to achieve the scale

• Creating relevant linkages (market, finance, Govt. schemes etc.), 

• Building internal systems & ensuring quality of programmes.

• Collaborating with experts to deliver relevant awareness & sensitization programs on the groun

Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualifications: Post graduate in Social Work / Social Sciences / MBA in Marketing or Finance . Work experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field of coordinating, managing skill development. Experience in Entrepreneurial development training and micro-enterprises preferable. Proficiency in English & Marathi is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM
