Field activity as per the requirement of the intervention. ie. School visit and information collection
Regular visits to school to identify needs and demands of schools
Review and feedback sessions with different interventions to interface
Developing contacts with NGOs working in the same schools
Support manager in managing data
Support the manager in review and evaluation
Documentation & Reporting
Document all data collected from field as per given guidelines and time
Maintain work logs and records as per department processes
Follow all reporting systems strictly, daily/weekly/monthly.
Team Management
Coordinate all activities for reporting officers
Relationship (Internal & External)
Ability to effectively interface between schools and internal project stakeholders
Ability to interact with govern
Any Graduate / BSW / MSW, smart with Excellent English communication verbal and written,
Graduation - BSW
School or education related experience. Worked in areas like planning and liaison,Communication in local language, basic computer skills, good report making skill. ready to travel to slum schools of Mumbai.
Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) is an NGO operating in the space of Education and Livelihood since 2007. Its primary focus is to help poor children and youth to be empowered through education and livelihood respectively, such that their family will rise out of poverty and they can live a life of dignity. It runs numerous projects having Student Interventions (Spoken English teaching, Health, Scholarship, Mentoring), Teacher Intervention (Training school teachers), School Leadership Intervention (Helping build Principals as School Leaders), Parent Intervention (Counselling parents to support child development) and Vocational Training to youth at 8 centres in Mumbai / Thane. Most of the interventions are conducted through partnership with 28 schools which cater to to underprivileged children. KEF has support functions in the form of Finance, HR, IT, Admin and Research.
