Role :-

Teaching

• Teaching spoken English to secondary section in partner schools

• Learning platform activities

• Doing assessment and reviews through pre­test and post test

Documentation & Reporting

• Follow all reporting systems strictly , daily/weekly/monthly

• Maintain attendance and log sheets,

• Maintaining and recording all data as per internal processes

• Attending team meetings regularly

Relationship (Internal & External)

• Maintain good rapport with school Student/ teachers and parents.

• Very effective internal co­ordination, communication and ability to work as a member of large teams.

Training & Development

◦ Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies.

◦ Participate in the regular training program organized for the team.

We expect the incumbent to be in the age band of 25-40 with high levels of energy and passion.
Mumbai resident candidates will only be preferred.

Work location : Head office and travel to central, harbour lines slum schools.
Nature of job : Full time, 6 hours [6 days working]

Eligibility Criteria

B.Ed/D.Ed/Graduate Fresher or experienced

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation - B.Ed

Work Experience :
School related teaching experience with primary/secondary school or tuitions experience. willing to travel to slum area schools of Mumbai.

Skill /Abilities :
Excellent spoken English skills, Willingness to work in the field among poor communities on avdaily basis, preferably without any medical history that has dietary or travel restrictions; ability to communicate proficiently in Hindi and Marathi and a readiness to work out of hours. Computer Savvy, ability to connect with slum school students.

Most of the interventions are conducted through partnership with 28 schools which cater to to underprivileged children. KEF has support functions in the form of Finance, HR, IT, Admin and Research.
