Job Description

-Require minimum experience of 2years

-It is a residential post

•Management, Supervision and Monitoring of the activities at the Care Home as per mission Vatsalya and Sakti Sadan guidelines. •

•Plan, implement and coordinate all activities, programs and operations, including training and treatment programs or activities as the case may be. •

•Ensure adequate security measures for safeguarding.

•Maintain all records and registers required under the Act.

•Ensure proper and timely maintenance of individual care plans and records.

•Take prompt action to meet emergencies.

•Organize meetings of the Management and Children’s Committees.

•Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with the State Child Protection Society and the District Child Protection Unit, DSWO and CWC, SAA.

•Ensure overall maintenance and administration of the Home premises and all care staff for all schemes

•Preparing and submitting reports to government in coordination with your job role

•Preparing budgets and requisitions for the home.
