Job Description

Field Work • Intervene personally in field level especially in challenging cases • Plan and schedule field activity as per the requirement of the intervention. • Support team by handling escalations and handling field related emergencies. • Smooth planning of logistics and communication for all field activity • Build strategy on individual case basis as well as for the batch.

Process Management & Reporting • Implement a good system for scanning and coordinating through work logs and records • Write case studies and report every case progress with challenges • Create and supervise an error free and timely reporting system • Ensure process compliance and review • Collate team reports.

MSW with 5-10 years of experience. Graduates with Social sector experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MSW

- Community related experience in social development projects,connected with NGOs and people. Experience in handling a team and coordinating project

- Communication in local language, basic computer skills
