Role Summary:

Consultant, Community Mobilizer Programs S/he will be responsible for the implementation of the

(Health/ Education/ Livelihood /Child Development)program in the assigned locations . He also

strengthen community based organization as well as the sponsor communication of Child.

Scope of Work:

? implementation of the program in the assigned area. 

? Supervise and provide support to Lead mother and Education facilitator in delivering their

tasks. 

? implementation of the program activities in the field and ensure high impact with children. 

? Build capacities of Lead mother and Education Facilitator in the required areas.

? Provide technical support to Lead mother and Education Facilitator for consultations with

different stakeholders at the community level. 

? Ensure the application of child-friendly tools during consultations and program monitoring. 

? Support in networking with relevant government bodies, national/ local organizations, Youth

Clubs, community leaders, gender-inclusive learning spaces, community-based forums, etc.

? Ensure quality documentation and reporting of the program activities and outcomes.

? Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications/experience/skills/competencies:

? +2 in Arts or Science / Graduate in Social Work /Arts/Science/other relevant disciplines. 

? Minimum 3 years experience in program implementation and training.

? Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

? computer skills, with familiarity in using Microsoft Office suite applications.

? Be gender sensitive with strong conviction and skills for the empowerment of excluded and

disadvantaged children.
