About the Role:

Baliga Trust is seeking a passionate and experienced Female Soft Skills Trainer to join our team and deliver training programs for our Employability Project in Ghaziabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective soft skills training programs to equip participants with the necessary skills to succeed in the job market.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and effective soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of the Employability Project participants.

• Deliver interactive training sessions on a variety of soft skills topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and interview skills.

• Facilitate group discussions, role-playing exercises, and other activities to promote active learning and skill development.

• Provide individual feedback and coaching to participants to support their learning and development.

• Track participant progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to training activities.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the Employability Project.


Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation in English or any equivalent discipline.

• Female candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering soft skills training programs.

• Proven experience in designing and developing training materials.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Strong understanding of employability skills and the challenges faced by job seekers.

• Experience working with underprivileged communities (a plus).

• Passion for empowering individuals and fostering their personal and professional growth.
