Job Description

Role:-

Facilitation & Training :
• Delivering training on Induction & Life skills, English / Basic IT, & specific Domain as per curriculum, Grooming trainees for Work readiness,
• Coordinating Guest lectures, arranging assignments, field visits, presentations by aspirants,
• Extra attention to weaker aspirants, Cross facilitation at other centres as guests
Batch Related :
• Work closely with Centre Coordinator and support him in batch activities
Assessment :
• Conducting Pretest, Posttest, IYDP evaluation 
Administrative & Reporting :
• Attendance tracking and management
• Centre upkeep for smooth running,
• Class management
Placement :
• Tracking aspirant performance at OJT through site visits, monitoring attendance
• Assistance to aspirants during placement interviews
Team Management :
• Managing HR responsibilities for the team like leave approvals, appraisals. Induction, grievance handling and any other
• Training and developing team capabilities 

We expect the incumbent to be in the age band of 22-35 with high levels of energy and passion.
Mumbai resident candidates will only be preferred.

Work location : Head office and travel to Kotak Unnati centres in Western, central, harbour lines and Navi Mumbai.
Nature of job : Full time, 8 hours [6 days working]

Work Experience :
• Adult training experience [age group 18 + years] in any domain

Skill /Abilities:
• Should be able to connect well with youth, should be able to manage class well, Should be able to command respect of the aspirants by word and deeds.
• Fluency in English communication.
• Flexible to travel in Mumbai.
