Job Description

• To support the partner selection process for programmes at the state and districts.
• Develop a detailed plan of action (annual and monthly) along with budget requirement and execute them with high quality within the state
• Lead programme implementation at the state and district level in close collaboration of selected CSOs and networks 
• Work closely with thematic team members, communications coordinator and finance office based at the GAA secretariat and seek necessary technical support as on when required to ensure high standards in the programme implementation. 
• Prepare high quality and timely narrative and quantitative reports and document key outcomes of every activity, particularly meetings with key stakeholders (community, CSOs, Govt. and private sector) in the state
• Assist GAA secretariat in smooth operation of researches on select themes and in dissem

Eligibility Criteria

1. The applicant should be a post graduate in a social work / rural development / management (persons with other educational qualifications but with relevant experience may also apply). 2. The applicant should have at least 8-10 years of working experience, of which at least 5 years of relevant experience in child rights

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

- Knowledge of Telugu is mandatory 
- Good rapport with relevant state and district government department
- The applicant should have relevant experience in networking with CSOs, community mobilization, particularly children and youth participation and ability to work with Government
- The person should be self-starter and have ability to manage office in the state and be willing to contribute to the programme’s objective
