We (www.parivaar.org) are a humanitarian organization inspired by ideals of swami vivekanada working in 35 districts of MP.

We have meal & education centers in 709 tribal villages of 16 districts.We have 93 free ambulances serving 24 districts. which served 2.5 lakh patients.

We have 11 mobile health clinics in 7 districts which served 11 lakh people.

We have organized more than 4300 eye camps in 35 districts and restored vision of nearly 5 lakh people including 61 thousand cataract/ratina surgeries.

We have free residential institutions in dewas,sehore & mandla districts.

We need a accountant who have at least 2 year of experience.

One should have good knowledge and experience of Accounting terminologies,MS Excel,Tally,Google sheets,Emails. Job Location would be Chhindwara/Betul/Dindori/Sheopur/Shivpuri/Jhabua or anywhere in MP.

Job responsibilities:

• Managing and reporting against budgets

• Monitoring cash and bank position on daily basis to maintain control over vendor payments

• Handling petty cash and maintaining records of same in Tally ERP

• Maintaining up to date reconciliation of bank, debtors and creditors and coordinating with them in case of discrepancies

• Responsible for preparing payroll of employees on monthly basis

• Preparing and monitoring month-end closing reporting by identifying and preparing month on month accruals

• Quarterly and yearly closing process of books of accounts and ensure that all statutory obligations have been duly met with respect to preparation of accounts

• Preparing and drafting RTGS, NEFT & other banking operations

• Maintenance of records pertaining to reimbursement of employee expenses

• Preparation of cash flow and fund flow statement
