Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, for one of our projects on Women Land Rights. you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our project activities, including coordination, administration, HR management, and communication with both internal teams and funding agencies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our programs and campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively, while also contributing to our lobby advocacy, networking, and policy advocacy efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate all field-level activities and campaign events, ensuring they are executed according to schedule and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including HR management, staff reviews, and providing guidance to project staff as needed.
• Communicate regularly with both internal teams and funding agencies, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Ensure that activities, programs, and campaigns are conducted as per the scheduled timeline and meet the project's overall objectives.
• Lead lobby advocacy efforts, build strategic partnerships through networking, and engage in policy advocacy to advance project goals.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to fulfill the project's overall objectives, fostering a culture of coordination, cooperation, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
• Master degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Have past experience working in Land rights and FRA.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in advocacy, networking, and policy advocacy is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as leading a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
• Good knowledge of Google suites.
