Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a Coordinator for the CEO's Office. The person would work closely with the CEO on multiple projects and gain hands-on experience ranging from project strategy design to implementation to organization development.


Responsibilities

Design adolescent-friendly training sessions and ensure its smooth roll-out.

Ensure that learnings are institutionalized across projects and further inform program strategy.

Assist in preparing reports and updates for stakeholders.

Coordinate with the team members to maintain compliance and quality of project activities.

Assist in identifying impactful content for social media promotion.

Research potential funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships.


What we are looking for

A degree in public health, social work, public health, nutrition, or a related field, with a master’s degree preferred, and 1-3 years of work experience.

Excellent skills in both spoken and written communication. Fluency in Hindi is preferred.

Excellent capacity-building and public speaking skills.

Qualitative and qualitative data analysis skills would be a plus.

Eye for detail: ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program in accordance with the results committed

Demonstrated excellent skills in collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Excellent skills in planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action

Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information.

Previous experience working in the development sector is beneficial and advantageous.

Self-starter who will thrive in a start-up setting by taking ownership and initiative.

Passion for promoting women's and girls’ empowerment and nutrition.

High professional ethics and willingness for long-term commitment.

Willingness to relocate to Bihar.

Healthcare: to provide quality healthcare services, particularly for non-communicable diseases, at subsidized cost
