Job Description

-> Coordination with farmers & other stakeholders like government department,

NABARD, Agriculture input suppliers & Agriculture product buyers to promote

the value addition activities among farmers.

-> To organize agriculture extension activities, conduct training and awareness

program for farmers in selected block.

-> Mobilization of farmers in clusters of allied agricultural activities like

fisheries, dairy, horticulture etc.

-> Mobilizing women farmers to strengthen their role in agriculture.

-> Developing FPO as per expectation of GOI policies related to FPO for the

benefits of farmers.

-> Ensure best utilization of own personal communication and training skills.

-> Qualification- In Agriculture domain will be preferred with min. 2yr

experience and remuneration will be as per the provision of GOI FPO project

approximately around 20-25K, Local candidate will be preferred.
