i-Concept Initiatives is a non-profit organisation, established in 2005 that works primarily in the domain of Education, Health, Disaster Management, Water, Agriculture, Governance, Gender, Child & Youth Development, Technology and Energy & Environment. Its primary office is in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Academic Qualification: B.Com/M.Com
Technical Qualification: Tally Prime/ERP-9, MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparing accounting documentation including voucher preparation.
- Preparing monthly and quarter wise statement of expenditure
- Prepare budget utilization statement of funding agency.
- Responsible for keeping the accounts, financial statements like receipts and payments, Variance reports, budgets, TDS, bank reconciliation statements.
- Keep all reimbursements records in order for accounting and tax evaluation purposes.
- Assistance during internal audit, statutory audit and statutory filings
- Maintaining appropriate files/records/documents towards meeting legal and statutory requirements.
- Any other office related jobs, suggested or as required by the organisation.
