About Vasavya Mahila Mandali (VMM): Vasavya Mahila Mandali - VMM, is a not-for-profit, social impact service, an ISO 9001-2005-certified organisation working since 1969 in Andhra Pradesh. VMM works with a vision: Empowering women, children, and families by increasing happiness to ensure a sustainable society with human values. VMM works with a focus on women, children, men, and family as a unit. Over 55 years, VMM has reached more than 40 lakh people through different activities in different programs/projects. VMM works in five thematic pillars: Education, Health, Livelihood, Human Rights and Environment. VMM is a community mobilisation cum capacity building organisation in India with evidence-based advocacy for having an enabling environment.

Kushal Health Care Centre

VMM, with the support of Wipro Cares, is implementing Kushal Health Care Centre at Thumakunta Checkpost, Hindupur. Sri Satya Sai District. The Health Care Centre will provide clinical services and health awareness in communities. The Health Care Centre urgently requires the following positions

Community Coordinators - 2

Qualification: B.Sc. - Nursing or equivalent degree, minimum of 3 years experience

Job Description: Community mobilisation, health, nutrition education, conducting training to students, youth on life skills. Online reporting in web-based MIS.

Required skills:

Good communication skills

Ability to understand and learn quickly

Working knowledge on computers

Good documentation skills

Training or facilitating skills

Team work

Must have two wheeler with a valid driving license

Preference will be given to women.
