The Human Development (THD), a leading voluntary organization in Kalahandi is looking for committed and dynamic professionals having requisite qualification & experience for the following position(s):-

1.Training Assistant (04 Nos.)

Qualification & Experience: Must be having a Master/Bachelor Degree in Arts/Science/MSW/PGDRM with at least 5 Yrs. Working experiences

Remuneration: Rs.50000/- Per Month (including Mobility)

Place of Work: Dabugaon, Chandahandi (Nowrangpur) Th.Rampur & Koksara (Kalahandi)

Nature of Job: He/she will be looking after the Training/Skill Development part of the concerned project(s) as per the project/programme guidelines.

Desirable: He/She must have expertise on imparting Skill Development Training, Module & PPT preparation, Data Management with Documentation etc.

2.Block Coordinator (04 Nos.):

Qualification & Experience: Must be having a Master/Bachelor Degree in Arts/Science/MSW/MBA (Agri-Business) with at least 5 Yrs. Working experiences

Remuneration: Rs.35000/- Per Month (including Mobility)

Place of Work: Dabugaon, Chandahandi (Nowrangpur) Th.Rampur & Koksara (Kalahandi)

Nature of Job: He/she will be looking after the overall management of concerned project(s) as per the project/programme guidelines.

Desirable: He/She must have Skills on Prog. Management, Data Management with Computer, Reporting & Documentation etc.

3.Block Coordinator- Natural Farming (06 Nos.):

Qualification & Experience: Must be having a Master/Bachelor Degree in Arts/Science/MSW/Diploma in Agriculture with at least 5 Yrs. Working experiences

Remuneration: Rs.30000/- Per Month (including Mobility)

Place of Work: Six (06) Blocks of Kalahandi district

Nature of Job: He/she will be looking after the overall management of concerned project(s) as per the project/programme guidelines.

Desirable: He/She must have Knowledge on ZBNF, Seed Production/Management. PGS Certification & Reporting/Documentation with Computer skills

4.Chief Executive Officer (04 Nos.):

Qualification & Experience: Must be a Post-Graduate in Agri-Business/Marketing/ MBA/Commerce Graduate with at least 3-4 Yrs. Working experiences

Remuneration: Rs.25000/- Per Month (including Travel)

Place of Posting: Dabugaon, Chandahandi (Nowrangpur) Th.Rampur & Koksara (Kalahandi)

Nature of Job: He will be looking after the overall FPO management via-a-vis all other activities as per the concerned project guidelines.

Desirable: He/She will have potential to deal with business activities open-handedly with confidence

5.Accountants (02 Nos.):

Qualification & Experience: Must be having a Bachelor Degree in Commerce/ MBA with at least 3-4 Yrs. Working experiences

Remuneration: Rs.10000/- Per Month

Place of Posting: Koksara & Th.Rampur (for Odisha Millet Mission Project)

Nature of Job: He/she will be looking after all accounts related activities as per the official requirements
