Job Description – Fundraising Manager
Anahad Foundation is a Delhi-based charitable organization dedicated to the promotion and preservation of Art & Culture. Our flagship projects, BackPack Studio and Equals Sessions, aim to provide essential production facilities to artists below the poverty line and foster contemporary folk collaborations, respectively. As a primarily volunteer-based initiative, we are expanding our core team and seeking a full-time Executive Manager to support our Chief Operating Officer in fundraising and operational activities.
Responsibilities
Fundraising
- Conduct grant research and identify funding opportunities.
- Develop compelling grant proposals.
Impact Assessment
- Create and implement tools for assessing the impact of our programs.
- Execute surveys and prepare annual impact reports.
Brand Building
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships and expand our network.
- Organize promotional activities.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Handle legal and HR matters.
Financial Management
- Prepare quarterly financial reports.
- Conduct financial analytics and assessments.
Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of fundraising experience, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Solid understanding of the charity sector.
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
- Passion for music, art, and culture.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 INR per month
- Food & accommodation provided
