Job Description

- Plan, co-ordinate and implement recruitment & its processes. Conduct recruitment assignments for various levels of positions using different methodology thru’ data base search, executive search and advertising in local and national press. Provide support in recruitment of manpower in ongoing and new projects value adds to this process by ensuring placement of right people at the right place at the right time.

- Co-ordinate and conduct induction and orientation program for newly recruited employees. Facilitate the induction process and orientation to HR policies and procedures.

- Administers the performance management programmes at different levels in KHPT. Promotes the opportunity for a formal discussion by staff and superiors to review work performance, goal setting and career development.

- Identifies the training and developmental priorities of HR department in conjunction with the Training departme

Eligibility Criteria

• Professional qualifications in Personnel Management / Human resources Management with 4– 6 years’ experience in the HR & Personnel Administration functions of a professionally managed development sector / health sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation - Graduate-Other

- Knowledge of local language is must. Good oral and written communication skills in English so as to communicate credibly and effectively with all levels of staff and external organizations.

- Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach.
Excellent computer skills
