Job Description

- Maintenance of records on daily basis including Daily Tally data entry, verification of all the bills and claims.

- Preparing Monthly financial reports and sending to HO & TSU State office as per organization policy.

- Issue of staff and program related reimbursements in a timely manner and in accordance with guidelines set by the organization.

- TDS calculation and deduction and monthly reporting to HO & TSU State office.

- Maintenance of various registers such as Salary, Fixed Assets Register etc.

- Maintaining proper liquidity at Zonal Office.

- Preparation of Bank reconciliations and HO & Branch reconciliations.

- Monitoring & Settlement of advances of Staff consultants / suppliers.

- Providing support to Zonal Admin and Program staff.

- Establish and maintain the accounting system that covers all elements of financial management including budge

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum experience of three years in same profile is required. • Minimum qualification is graduation, certificate in TALLY is required.

- Working knowledge of MS word, excel, PowerPoint, and internet is required.

- Willingness and ability to travel to Zonal and District offices is required.

- Require good exposure on negotiation skill, coordination skill and behavioral skills.
