Role Overview:

Prepare press releases, media kits, and other materials to disseminate information and respond to media inquiries promptly. Digital Marketing and Social Media: Manage the organization's digital presence across various platforms, including website, social media, and email newsletters. Create engaging content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to communicate the organization's impact and stories effectively. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with followers and amplify the organization's message. Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various communication materials, including brochures, annual reports, and presentations. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels and materials. Internal Communication: Facilitate internal communication processes to ensure timely dissemination of information and alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate staff meetings, newsletters, and other internal communication initiatives to foster a culture of transparency and collaboration. Public Relations and Events: Plan and coordinate public relations activities, including events, workshops, and campaigns, to raise awareness of the organization's work and engage with the community. Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to leverage events and initiatives for maximum impact and visibility.
