Position Title: Project Coordinator
Reporting to: Project Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: Commensurate with industry standards and experience

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring key activities related to projects in Northeast India or urban markets.
? Assist in developing program and project outputs, including technical reports, donor reports, fundraising proposals, and other communication material.
? Lead in planning and logistics of capacity-development workshops and stakeholder meetings and measuring their outcomes.
? Assist in qualitative data collection (surveys and interviews) and analysis using relevant software.
? Lead the CWT Helpline and provide assistance to law enforcement officials on queries related to illegal wildlife trade.
? Assist with other program responsibilities, as required.
Job Requirements:
? Master's degree in ecology, environment, biology, wildlife management/conservation, or any related field.
? Minimum four years of work experience.
? Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
? Working experience with governments, donors, non-government, and international development organizations preferable.
? Strong analytical aptitude and software skills.
? A good team player who can work under pressure and is proactive.
? Willingness to travel to the project states.
