Habitat Forum (INHAF) is looking for a Project Associate for Women Construction Workers Project in Chennai.


Associate: Women Construction Workers Project


Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu


Job Description: The position calls for studies and activities related to understanding the skill levels of women construction workers from the traditional apprenticeship perspective and existing skilling programs in order to identify the gaps and suggest appropriate training and skill development programs for women construction workers.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

2. Passion for gender equality, women's empowerment, and social justice.

3. Previous experience in working with Women Construction Workers is desirable.

4. Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.


Remuneration: Commensurate with qualifications, experience, and capabilities.
