Job Role : Mobilizer/ Field Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mobilizer to join our team. The Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging with communities, raising awareness about our organization's initiatives, and mobilizing support for our projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of community dynamics, and a commitment to social causes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with local communities to promote awareness of our mission and projects.

2. Organize and conduct outreach activities, events, and campaigns to mobilize community support.

3. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations.

4. Identify and recruit volunteers, supporters, and donors to contribute to our programs.

5. Collaborate with the program team to ensure effective implementation of projects and initiatives.

6. Collect and report data on community engagement activities and outcomes.

7. Represent the Abhiyaan Foundation at meetings, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and support.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in social sciences, community development, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in community mobilization, outreach, or advocacy work.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Knowledge of local community dynamics and issues.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Passion for social causes and a commitment to making a difference.

Age : 21-40 years
