Remuneration: Rs. 45,000 monthly [consolidated].

EFRAH believes in the basic capacities of people to develop as useful citizens capable of managing their affairs and contributing towards the development of community with active participation of people with exhaustive Education, Vocational Training, Self Help Group formation, Micro Finance, agriculture and natural resource management RCH programme, HIV/AIDS and Adolescents development programme working in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh


What are we looking?

1. We are looking for a suitable candidate as Project Coordinator (1 positions) for Skill development and gender awareness programme with minority community with postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Development Studies to carry a team working with government schools as well as in the community.

2. Who possess excellent computers skill and good command over written and spoken English and Hindi.

3. Preferably candidates with 4-5 years experience in Skill development and Community Mobilisation related project implementation

4. Having report writing & documentation skill, team management skill with high level of commitment

5. Who can deal with organization resources with utmost honesty and professional ethics

6. Who should not divulge either directly or indirectly to any person or organization at any time during the continuance or after the termination of employment, except by the written authorization of EFRAH


Duties/Assignments:

The Project Coordinator will:

• Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor organization and the field staff

• Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization.

• Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.

• Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the head office/donor.

• Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets as well as monthly and quarterly financial reports and sending of new funding requests.

• Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project

• Ensures close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in the Project Proposal.

• Employs resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring.

• Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions.

• Liasioning with concerned department as well as NGO Networks.
