Job Description

Kashika is a social enterprise who develops chemical free masalas (Spices) in a very traditional way for the rural community. Our objective is to empower the rural women by engaging them in the process of making masalas and selling. We require a sales executive who can deliver the followings role and responsibility:

1. Selling the products and representing the brand

2. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange visit to customers

3. Putting stalls at different places 10 times in a month

4. Market linkage of products with hotels, institutions, canteens, organizations, distributors and other agencies etc.

5. Maintain a high level of exposure with clients through direct sales

6. Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly with Sales Cadres

7. Set the sales targets for Sales Cadres

8. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management

9. Assist other team members with transactions when necessary

10. Attend sales events at local level, as required

11. Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner

12. Willingness to travel at local level


Job type- Regular basis

Schedule- Day shift/ 6 days in a week

Preferred-Two-wheeler

Qualification- Graduate from any recognized university

Experience- 1 year in Sales or marketing

Language- Hindi and English (Preferred)
