Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Kultali. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community development and a strong background in social sciences. As a Social Worker, you will play a key role in implementing our programs, engaging with community members, and fostering positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute community development initiatives.

• Conduct field visits as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Science or a related field.

• Knowledge of social work principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Familiarity with the socio-economic context of rural communities in West Bengal.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
