Job Description

Responsibilities:

Program Implementation: Coordinate and implement educational and extracurricular programs as per the guidelines provided by Arya Shiksha Samiti.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with school authorities, teachers, students, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.

Training and Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers and students on relevant topics to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Resource Management: Manage program resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and facilities required for various activities.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor program activities, collect feedback, and evaluate the impact of interventions to make necessary adjustments for improvement.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of program activities, participants, and outcomes. Prepare timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Community Outreach: Collaborate with local communities and organizations to promote participation and engagement in educational initiatives.

Problem-solving: Identify challenges and issues hindering program implementation and work proactively to address them in a timely manner.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing educational activities and programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Previous experience working in the education sector, preferably in program coordination or implementation roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned district and work flexible hours as required
