VIEWS is a growing grass-roots organization that employs innovative solutions in the lives of disadvantaged communities in Odisha through high-impact projects on Education and sustainable livelihoods. We partner with the Government, National and International agencies, Academic Institutions, and Corporations to strengthen community institutions and improve their quality of life.

Position: Project Coordinator-Youth for Climate Action

Salary: 15000 per month

Reporting to: Program Manager

Location: - Visakhapatnam

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least one year of experience in the social sector.

Language: - Applicants must be proficient in Telugu.

Role and Responsibilities:

•Mobilize young students from high schools and colleges

•Conduct climate Awarness workshops in 10 Schools & 5 colleges.

•Select climate champions & build their leadership skills on youth for climate action initiatives.

•Build network with schools, colleges, CSOs, govts & other stake holders on climate change issues in Visakhapatnam

•Conduct youth for climate action campaigns on various climate change issues through engaging young students.

Candidate Specification:

•Must have sound understanding of the curriculum and facilitation.

•Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
