Project Name - Enhancing the protection concerns of Adolescent girls & Young women.

Location - Godda (Jharkhand)

RASTA is a voluntary organization working in Godda District of Santhal Pargana region of Jharkhand. RASTA is implementing the project focusing the Adolescent girls & Young women for enhancing their protection concerns with focus on reduction in child marriage, early unions, violence & trafficking with the support of Azim Premji Foundation in Godda District. So RASTA invites application for the following posts:

1)Program Manager (01 Post) :

Location: Godda, Jharkhand

Job Descriptions:

She would be solely responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, documentation work (report writing/proposal writing/concept note etc.), data analysis, concurrent evaluation including liaison and networking of the project. She should have experience of master trainer/facilitator on subject matter. He/ She will also be responsible for the financial management and completion of all work within the deadline and as per Project Planning Schedule.

Qualification- The candidate must be post graduate in Rural Development/ Social Work or Social Sciences/ PGDRD from reputed university/Institution. Fluency of Hindi & English language is required. She must have at least 3 years of experience in project management in rural development sector and having knowledge of computer on Microsoft office- Word, Excel and Power Point.

The remuneration is consolidated of Rs. 25000/- per month but negotiable as per experience.

Note: Preference will be given to female candidates for this mentioned post.

2)Field Facilitator (03 Post for Female Candidate):

Location: Godda, Jharkhand

Job Descriptions:

She would be solely responsible for Community interventions, field level data collection, facilitating training of girls/ women; facilitating meetings & group discussion with community, reporting, concurrent evaluation including liaison and networking with key stakeholders for the project. She will also be responsible for the completion of all work within the deadline and as per Project Planning Schedule.

Qualification- The candidate must be graduate in any stream from reputed university/Institution. Knowledge of regional language i.e Hindi, Santhali is required. She must have at least 2 years of field experience in rural development sector.

The remuneration is consolidated of Rs. 10000/- per month but negotiable as per experience.
