Job Description:

The Program Manager at SID Foundation will be responsible for working towards improving the health and education of underprivileged children in Mirzapur. In addition, the Program Manager will also be involved in initiatives targeting early childhood development and providing support to pregnant women.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing programs to improve the health and education outcomes of children in Mirzapur.

2. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address the needs of underprivileged communities.

3. Managing a team of field workers and volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of programs.

4. Monitoring and evaluating the impact of programs to drive continuous improvement.

5. Building partnerships with local organizations and government agencies to support program objectives.

6. Advocating for the rights and well-being of underprivileged children and pregnant women in Mirzapur.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Public Health, Education, etc.).

2. At least 3 years of experience in program management or a related role.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

5. Knowledge of the local context and issues facing underprivileged communities in Mirzapur.

Salary Range:

The salary for the Program Manager position at SID Foundation in Mirzapur ranges from 45,000 to 55,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

This position requires a significant amount of field work, so candidates must be willing to travel to different locations within Mirzapur.
