Responsibilities:
Assist project manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and report any issues or concerns to the project manager.
Support administrative tasks related to project management, such as expense tracking and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Master's degree in social work, or related field.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Hindi
Previous experience in project management or administrative support is a plus.
Salary: Salary shall be commensurate with experience & skills.
Nature of position: Contractual. Duration of appointment: 1 Year or till the end of the project. Renewal of appointment on an annual basis.
