Position Title: Center Manager (CLBRC) Female Only

Positions:

1. Garment Training cum Production Unit (One Post)

2. Bakery Training cum Production Unit (One Post)

3. Agro Product Training cum Production Unit (One Post)

Background:

Community Learning & Business Center (CLBRC) is a common Enterprise Development and Resource Center setup in Gonda District Uttar Pradesh implemented by Lucknow Mahila Sewa Trust. The center provides trainings, enterprise development support, leadership, strategic planning etc. for women from all blocks of Gonda District to engage in Garment Production, Bakery Production and Agro Processing assuring sustainable income of the beneficiaries.

The Center manager will support in setting up of the respective units under one umbrella, manage all the activities of the units and support operation ensuring to meet out the project’s vision, mission, and goals to support women success. Center manager has to manage all operational activates of the respective unit including staffing, management, facilities and coordination with vendor and suppliers, develop training center strategies and initiative to meet the project objectives and the organizations goals. Being a training center manager prepares business plans that supports the operation of the center and adhere to budget. Additionally, training center manger may be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors and work in line with the program design.

Typically reports to a head office/Senior Management for the day today performance and progress. Ensures the project/milestone/goals are met with in the approved beget head and timeline. To be a training center manager typically required 1- 3 years experience with training certificate in required trade, better Communication skills, Project management skills, Data base management, leadership, planning skills etc. The candidate that can stay in Gonda and cover all blocks on Gonda are appreciated preferably she may the resident of Gonda district or surrounding district provided to stay and work in Gonda district. Accepted Honorarium Rs.20000/-per month.
