Job Profile - MMFP Program and Research Coordinator
We are looking at a dynamic and committed person to support the team in running intense batches of the MM Fellowship Program which includes :
• Facilitate the recruitment of Fellows (Screening Rounds, Interviews, Selections, Onboarding)
• Identification and Onboarding of NGOs for the Field Immersion component
• Planning and executing the Induction Program
• Schedule/Host meetings and follow-up sessions with the Core Team /Fellows / Mentors / NGO reps, etc
• Responsible for Documentation of all activities/events and reporting the same to the Stakeholders
• Take ownership in strengthening specific components of the Fellowship primarily Enquiry Based Approach, Evaluations, etc
Additionally one of the core areas is Research which involves:
• Support Programme Growth and Development through advocacy and networking
• Determine areas of research to study impact of various MM Fellowship projects
• Identify sources of funding, prepare research proposals and submit funding applications.
• Use research results to write reports, papers and reviews and present findings in journals and conferences.
• Collaborate with research teams, industry stakeholders and government agencies.
Pre-requisites
• Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate (Masters in Social Work (MSW) or MA (Development is an added preference). The candidate should have had some experience in carrying out research projects as part of the course or otherwise.
• Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of Field Experience in the social sector space
• Proficient in Conversation Skills
• Strong Organizational and Administrative skills
• Knowledge of Technology is essential (Word, Excel, E-Mails, Webinars, Social Media)
• Must be a self-starter; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with diverse populations and teams
• Knowledge of creating and posting content on social media is preferential
Location - Bengaluru, India
Job Type - Full Time
Remuneration - INR 30,000 - 40,000 per month based on experience and core competencies.
