Bachelors in any respective field.

Knowledge of field survey monitoring and analysis.

Knowledge/ Experience of government schemes related to education/girl education.

Job Description:

Supervising field survey on a daily basis. Monitoring the activities of Community Coordinator in field surveys and assisting them in door-to-door survey for identification of dropout girl child. Liasoning with PRI at block/panchayat/village levels and assisting them to understand the motive of the survey and organisation. Performing spot checks and cross verification by visiting households and respective schools. Collection of data from schools/households. Coordinating with the Community Coordinator and carry out enrolment and retention drive in all schools of respective blocks. Candidtae should be ready to visit other locations and conduct cross checks apart from their allocated areas.

Salary: 1,74,000 per annum. Candidate will be approved travel allowance for field visits after assessing the necessary parameters (TA set at an upper limit)

Requirements:

Candidate will monitor all the activities of the respective block of Purnia District, coordinate with Program Coordinator, DEC cum M&E and report directly to the Managing Director.

The candidate should know all the geographical boundaries of the respective block.

Candidates with rigid and selective work methods are not welcome. Organisation appreciates and welcomes young skilled dynamic individuals who focus on producing best outcomes.

Candidates with knowledge of Computer will be given priority. The skill will be tested through an assessment conducted.

Candidate must have PAN, Aadhar Card, Bank Account (SBI Preferred), Transportation (Motorcycle), Android Phone – (Android v11 operating system with 2.3GHz MediaTek Helio G35/ octa core processor or any other,5000mAH lithium-polymer battery 4Gb ram)
